ResiAir Pty Ltd, is a new company formed to complement our well established Commercial Air Conditioning business – Custom Air Conditioning.  Custom Air Conditioning is a leading designer, supplier and installer of quality mechanical services in the greater Melbourne area – and interstate.

Established in 1983 and based in Melbourne, we are a keen, thriving, competitive business that contracts to all major construction companies and has excellent working relationships with leading developers, builders, engineers, project managers and consultants.

Our work features in many of Victoria’s best known and award winning projects.
